The Lieutenant Governor of Québec is pleased to provide written wishes to citizens of Québec who are celebrating significant birthdays, wedding anniversaries, or anniversaries of ordination, the taking of religious vows or the military retirement. The Lieutenant Governor can also extend written congratulations to organizations commemorating at least 20 years of existence. The following celebrations can be marked by the Lieutenant Governor:

• Birthdays
  From the 90^th birthday, then in multiples of 5: 95^th, 100^th, etc.
• Wedding anniversaries
  From the 50^th anniversary, then in multiples of 5: 55^th,60^th, etc.
• Anniversaries of religious vows or ordination
  From the 50^th anniversary, then in multiples of 5: 55^th, 60^th, etc.
• Anniversaries of an organization
  From the 20^th anniversary, then in multiples of 5: 25^th, 30^th, etc.
• Military Retirement
  From the 15 years of service
