Notice

Certain modifications have been made and some clarifications have been provided to the Awards Program.

Therefore, prior to submitting an application, we ask you to become aware of these changes, and to use the new forms.

Please note that posthumous applications are no longer considered.  However, the application remains eligible if the death occurs after the submission of the application.

The closing date for submission of nominations is February 1^st of each year, and only electronic forms will be accepted.

There is no monetary award associated with the Awards Program.

 

How to obtain complimentary souvenir photos of the Lieutenant Governor's medal ceremony?

By visiting the website Smugmug.

To access the photographs, please select "Évènements 2023" to locate your ceremony and view the photographs.

Once you have chosen a photo, you can save it by clicking on the arrow at the bottom right of the photo and then clicking "Open" or "Save as..." in the directory of your choice.
